Purge Data schedule type page

Use the Purge Data schedule type page to set a schedule for removing old and unused Supplier Exchange data. A Purge Schedule record must be created before data can be removed.

Schedule Type

Select the type of data to purge.

Facility

Select a facility.

Host Profile

Select a host profile. This option is available if you selected Gateway Data as the schedule type.

Schedule Frequency

Select when the purge will run. A One Time purge schedule is set to be run at the next hour of the current day and is removed after it is run.

Hour of Day

click in the box and type a time corresponding to the format (HH:mm AM/PM) where minutes are '00'. Alternatively, click the clock icon in the right side of the Hour of Day Time widget and three individual selections will appear. The three selections correspond to the hours, minutes, and time of day. Choose the time to run the schedule, and click anywhere else on the Purge Schedule Edit page to confirm the time chosen.

If the Schedule Frequency is Daily or One Time, the Day of the Week and Day of the Month options will not be available. If the Schedule Frequency is Weekly, the Day of the Week selection will be available. If the Schedule Frequency is Monthly, the Day of the Month selection will be available.

Days to Retain

Specify the number of days from the present date to retain data. Data that is within the current date to the number of Days to Retain in the past is preserved.
