Work Order Line Item page
Use the Work Order Line Item page to view the line item details.
- Status
- The current status of the operation.
- Part In/Out
- The part number before the operation is performed on the part and the part number after the operation is complete.
- Work Order ID
- The unique number associated with the work order.
- Duration
- The number of days the supplier requires to complete the operation.
- Contractor
- The supplier acting as an outside contractor for the operation.
- Received Quantity
- The number of parts received in the shipment.
- Defect Quantity
- The number of defective parts received.
- Shipped by Contractor
- The number of parts shipped by the contractor to the next location.
- Ship Date
- When the contractor shipped the parts.
- Operation
- Name of the operation.
- PO Number
- The purchase order number associated to the requirements.
- Shipper Number
- A unique number to identify the shipper. After the shipper is created, the shipper number cannot be edited.
- Process Due Date
- When the parts are due to the customer after the processing is complete.
- In-Transit to Contractor
- The number of parts currently in-transit to the contractor.
- Received Date
- When the shipment was received.
- Available
- The number of parts available for continued processing.
- Contractor Shipper ID
- The unique identifier of the ASN to include with the shipment from the contractor.
- Estimated Arrival Date
- When the shipment is currently calculated to arrive at the checkpoint based on updated checkpoint information.
- Container
- The container used in the shipment.
- Lot Number
- A numeric code representing the batch of parts that were manufactured at the same time with the same process.
- Quantity Issued
- The number of parts sent for outside processing.
- Weight Issued
- The total weight of the parts sent for outside processing. Used if the part is tracked by weight.
- Quantity Received
- The number of parts received to be processed.
- Weight Received
- The total weight of the parts received to be processed. Used if the part is tracked by weight.
- Receipt Date
- When the receipt was generated .
- Quantity Discrepancy
- The difference between the Quantity Issued and the Quantity Received.
- Weight Discrepancy
- The difference between the Weight Issued and the Weight Received.
- Quantity Rejected
- The number of parts rejected for failure to meet standards.
- Container
- The container used in the shipment.
- Lot Number
- A numeric code representing the batch of parts that were manufactured at the same time with the same process.
- Quantity Issued
- The number of parts sent for outside processing.
- Weight Issued
- The total weight of the parts sent for outside processing. Used if the part is tracked by weight.
- Defect Quantity
- The number of defective parts received.
- Defect Weight
- The total weight of the defective parts received. Used if the part is tracked by weight.
- Reason
- Explanation of the defects.
- Container
- The container used in the shipment. Close
- Lot Number
- A numeric code representing the batch of parts that were manufactured at the same time with the same process.
- Quantity Issued
- The number of parts sent for outside processing.
- Weight Issued
- The total weight of the parts sent for outside processing. Used if the part is tracked by weight.
- Reason
- An explanation of why the parts were scrapped.
- Container
- The container used in the shipment.
- Lot Number
- A numeric code representing the batch of parts that were manufactured at the same time with the same process.
- Quantity Issued
- The number of parts sent for outside processing.
- Weight Issued
- The total weight of the parts sent for outside processing. Used if the part is tracked by weight.
- Quantity Shipped
- The number of parts shipped to the customer.
- Weight Shipped
- The total weight of the parts shipped to the customer. Used if the part is tracked by weight.
- Shipped Date
- When the parts were shipped.
