Claim Code page
Use the Claim Code page to set up claim codes. Claim codes are used by customers to claim amounts from the suppliers.
You can include up to five claim codes for a delivery performance review.
- Facility
- The code of the facility. When the Facility field is set to All Facility, the default currency defined in the customer profile is used as the currency for the claim amount. When the claim code is defined for a specific facility, that is, when the Facility field is set to a specific value, the currency defined for that specific facility is used.
- Code
- The name or code of the claim.
- Description
- The description of the claim code.
- Amount
- The amount to be claimed from the supplier.
