Viewing results in Transfer History Viewer

Use the Transfer History Viewer to view the history of transfer profiles and automations that have been processed in Transfer Desk.

From Transfer Desk, select Tasks > Transfer History Viewer or click Transfer History Viewer on the toolbar. Alternatively, launch Transfer History Viewer (TRH) from SunSystems.

This displays the Transfer History Viewer dialog, where the automations and profiles processed are listed on separate tabs as follows:

  • Automation: displays the results of all the automations run since the SunSystems database was created. The automation name, start and end times, number of tasks within the automation and the number of profiles that succeeded or failed are all displayed.
  • Transfer: displays the results of all the individual transfers processed. The profile name, start and end times, number of records that succeeded or failed, the user ID used to run the profile and component/method details are all displayed.

To display details of an automation, double click on the automation result line, or select the line and click the detail button on the toolbar.

To display details of a profile, double click the relevant result line, or right click on the line and select Detail. This displays more details such as filters, file location and names, and so on. This can also be done on the profile details shown from an automation, so it is possible to get the exact details of everything that executed.

If the input or output payloads have been saved with the profile, you can view them by clicking View in the appropriate payload column of the relevant result line. A window is displayed with the details of the payload. You can then save the payload, or view it in an internet browser. If the payload is large and takes a long time to load, you can abort the loading process by clicking the Stop icon. If it is over 50MB, you are recommended to open it using either in Notepad or an Internet browser.

Alternatively, you can view the generated input or output payloads at the file location specified in the payload definition.

Uwaga: By default, the input or output payloads are saved to C:\ProgramData\Infor\Payload\ on the SunSystems application server. To view the payloads from Transfer History Viewer, you must have access to the Payload folder, and it must be shared. If you are unable to access the payloads, contact your system administrator.
Uwaga: There are other possible ways to display the details of a line, as follows: right click on the line and select Detail, or selectView > Log Detail.

Profiles that fail are displayed in a different color to successful ones.
