Form access

Data Access Groups are mainly used to permit or prevent operator group access to specific records.

Within Form Designer, Data Access Groups can also be used to limit the use of forms to operators defined as members of specific Data Access Groups.

Uwaga: The Form Access dialog can also be used from Form Permissions Editor.

To specify a Data Access Group for a form:

  1. From the View menu select Form Access.
  2. Select a Data Access Group from the drop-down menu. The default option is No Restrictions.
