Accessing Form Permissions Editor

There are two ways to access Form Permissions Editor:

1. Ensure you currently have a form open in Form Designer.
2. From the View menu select Form Actions.
3. To close Form Actions and return to your current form, from the View menu deselect Form Actions.

Or

1. Use the default shortcut for Form Permissions Editor, FPE.
2. From the File menu select Open.
3. Highlight the form whose permissions you want to edit. If the form you want to open is not listed, you may need to retrieve it from the server by selecting the File menu and select Check Out.
4. Click Open.
