Opportunities

Use this screen to view the list of opportunities for a related account manager (Opportunity List). The related LN session for the opportunities is Opportunities (tdsmi1110m000) session.

You can view these details by selecting a specific opportunity:

• Details of opportunity: Displays the detailed information about the opportunity (Opportunity details screen).
  Note: The user can modify the status of an opportunity from “Preliminary” to “In Process” or “Dead” or vice versa. See Adding an Opportunity for more information.
• Activities: Displays the list of activities (Activity List), and by selecting a specific activity navigates to the details screen (Activity details screen). The related LN session for the activities is Activities (tccom6100m000) session.
