Activities

You can use this screen to view the list of activities for a related account manager (Activity List) in the Activities (tccom6100m000) session. By default, only the open activities are displayed.

Note: Only the Appointment, Call and Task activity types are displayed in this app.

You can click ‘+’ to add new Appointment or Task (Adding the Activity). You can also use the filter option to view all the activities and the filter icon displays these options:

  • Open Activities Only - Activities that are not Held/Completed
  • Show All - All activities

You can view these details by selecting a specific activity:

  • Appointment/Call: The details screen has these three tabs:
    • Details of the Appointment/Call: Displays the details of the Appointment/Call (Activity details screen).
      Note: The user can modify the status of an appointment.
    • Attendees: Displays the list of attendees (Attendee List).
    • Opportunities: Displays the list of opportunities (Opportunity List) for the activity, and by selecting one navigates to its details (Opportunity details screen). The LN session for the opportunities is Opportunities (tdsmi1110m000) session..
  • Task: The details screen has these two tabs:
    • Details of the Task: Displays the details of the task (Activity details screen).
      Note: The user can modify the status of the task.
    • Opportunities: Displays the list of opportunities (Opportunity List) for the activity, and by selecting one navigates to its details (Opportunity details screen). The LN session for the opportunities is Opportunities (tdsmi1110m000) session.
Note: 

You can save your current location only when the status of an Appointment is set to Held or the status of a Task is set to Completed. Use the Enable Location Tracking option in Settings to enable this feature. When the status of an Appointment or a Task is set to Held or Completed, Location icon icon is displayed. Click the icon to display the current location map. Use Register Location option to save the current location. To save the location for the first time, GPS must be enabled, and permissions must be granted for the application in the mobile device.

By default, the Enable Location Tracking option is set to Off (disabled) in Settings. However, you can enable this option.
