Configuring the Non-Conformance Reporting application

To configure the application:

  1. Click ios (for IOS) or android (for Android).
  2. Specify these details:
    Company
    The default company code in which the non-conformance is reported. This value is defaulted from the LN user data. However, you can modify this value.
    Note: 

    You can specify only one company code, at a time.

    Site
    The default site for which non-conformance is reported.
    Note: 
    • You can select only one site, at a time.
    • You can select sites only if the Site functionality is implemented for the specified company.
    • If this value is not specified, all the NCRs for the specified company are displayed.
    Origins
    The origin of the NCR. The possible values include all the origins defined in the Quality Management Parameter (qmptc0100m000) session in Infor LN.
    Note: 

    You can select multiple origins.

    Warehouses
    The warehouse wherein the non-conformance is reported.
    Note: 

    You can select multiple warehouses.

    Departments
    The department associated with the NCR.
    Note: 

    You can select multiple departments.

    Display Period
    The period for which NCR is displayed. Possible options:
    • Weeks
    • Months
    Only Show Non-conformances Assigned to me
    Indicates that the NCRs assigned to the logged-on user are displayed. Possible options:
    • On (Enabled)
    • Off (Disabled)
    Note: 

    By default, this option is enabled. However, you can modify the value.

    Camera image quality
    The quality of the image that is captured for the NCR. Possible options:
    • Low
    • Medium
    • High
    Note: 
    • This option is only applicable for the uploading of the attachments to IDM.
    • By default, the value is set to Low. However, you can modify the value.
    Debug Mode
    Indicates the status of the debug mode for the application. Possible values:
    • On (Enabled)
    • Off (Disabled)
    Offline Mode
    Indicates the status of the Offline mode for the application. Possible Values:
    • On (Enabled)
    • Off (Disabled)
    Note: 
    • You can also disable the Offline mode when the device is not connected to the internet.
    • This mode can be used only if the passcode setting is enabled.
    • When the device is connected to the internet, you must manually disable the offline mode to synchronize the data with Infor LN.
    Passcode setting
    The PIN (Personal Identification Number) to authorize the creation of the NCR in the Offline mode.
  3. Click Done.
