Running the General Ledger Transaction Report
- Open the General Ledger Transaction Report.

Select the check boxes for the account types you want to include in the report:
- Asset
- Liability
- Owner's Equity
- Revenue
- Expense
- Analytical

Select the information you want to include in the report:
- Print Internal/External Notes
- Select this check box to print internal or external notes on the report.
- Use Analytical Ledger
- Select this check box to process only analytical accounts.
- Display Report Header
- Select this check box to print report headers on the report.

In the Sort By field, select the
method by which to sort the report:
- Transaction: Sort general ledger transactions by Transaction number. The system automatically assigns each transaction a number when the transaction is posted to the ledger from the journals.
- Reference: Sort general ledger transactions by Reference number.

For these fields, select the range of values to include in the
report:
- Transaction
- Transaction Date
- Account
- Account Unit (1-4)
- Reference
- Select Increment Date to automatically increment the date range and re-run the report.
- Click Preview to view the output before printing.
- Click Print to run the report and view the output.
