Running the Inactive Account Numbers Report
- Open the Inactive Account Numbers Report form.

Select the types of accounts to include:
- Asset
- Liability
- Owner's Equity
- Revenue
- Expense
- Analytical

Specify this information:
- Display Report Header
- Select this check box to print report headers on the report.
- Effective Date
- Select the first and last effective date to define a range of accounts to include on the report.
- Obsolete Date
- Select the first and last obsolete date to define a range of accounts to include on the report. The obsolete date refers to the date when an account becomes inactive.
- Increment Date
- Select this check box to automatically increment the date range and re-run the report.
- Click Preview to view the output before printing.
- Click Print to run the report and view the output.
