Running the Inactive Account Numbers Report

  1. Open the Inactive Account Numbers Report form.
  2. Select the types of accounts to include:
    • Asset
    • Liability
    • Owner's Equity
    • Revenue
    • Expense
    • Analytical
  3. Specify this information:
    Display Report Header
    Select this check box to print report headers on the report.
    Effective Date
    Select the first and last effective date to define a range of accounts to include on the report.
    Obsolete Date
    Select the first and last obsolete date to define a range of accounts to include on the report. The obsolete date refers to the date when an account becomes inactive.
    Increment Date
    Select this check box to automatically increment the date range and re-run the report.
  4. Click Preview to view the output before printing.
  5. Click Print to run the report and view the output.
