Running the General Ledger Check Information Report

  1. Open the General Ledger Check Information Report.
  2. Specify this information:
    Starting/Ending Account
    Select the range of accounts to include in the report.
    Starting/Ending Account Unit (1-4)
    If you want to include a particular reporting unit value on this report or activity, select the starting and ending Unit Code value.
    Print Transaction Text
    Select the text you want to include on the report:
    • All: Print all the text for these transactions.
    • None: Print no text. This is the default value. First Line prints only the first line of the text.
    Print External/Internal Notes
    Select these check boxes to print internal or external notes on the report.
    Use Analytical Ledger
    Select this check box to process only analytical accounts.
    Display Report Header
    Select this check box to print report headers on the report.
  3. For these fields, select the range of values to include in the report:
    • Transaction Date
    • Reference
    • Customer/Vendor
    • Invoice/Voucher
    • Check Date
    • Check
    • Transaction
  4. Select Increment Date to automatically increment the date ranges and re-run the report.
  5. Click Preview to view the output before printing.
  6. Click Print to run the report and view the output.
