Running the General Ledger Check Information Report
- Open the General Ledger Check Information Report.

Specify this information:
- Starting/Ending Account
- Select the range of accounts to include in the report.
- Starting/Ending Account Unit (1-4)
- If you want to include a particular reporting unit value on this report or activity, select the starting and ending Unit Code value.
- Print Transaction Text
- Select the text you want to include on the report:
- All: Print all the text for these transactions.
- None: Print no text. This is the default value. First Line prints only the first line of the text.
- Print External/Internal Notes
- Select these check boxes to print internal or external notes on the report.
- Use Analytical Ledger
- Select this check box to process only analytical accounts.
- Display Report Header
- Select this check box to print report headers on the report.

For these fields, select the range of values to include in the
report:
- Transaction Date
- Reference
- Customer/Vendor
- Invoice/Voucher
- Check Date
- Check
- Transaction
- Select Increment Date to automatically increment the date ranges and re-run the report.
- Click Preview to view the output before printing.
- Click Print to run the report and view the output.
