Ask HR for HR field rep assignments

Administrators can assign individual field reps to one or more employee user groups, enabling field reps to use Ask HR for HR to create and monitor cases for employees within the groups.

Individual field reps must belong to the system-inherent FieldRep group //Users[(contains(servicerep,‘fieldrep'))]. This can be set by the census feed or manually in the portal's Users feature.

If a field reps is missing in this list when you attempt to assign groups, then they do not belong to the FieldRep system group.

Changes to FieldRep group assignments must be set here.

Note: The Group Count column reflects 0 for all field reps who are not yet assigned to an employee user group.
