Assigning or editing employee user groups for FieldRep

  1. Log in as CMsetup administrator.
  2. Access Case Management from the navigation menu.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Click General.
  5. Click Ask HR for HR.
  6. Select the field rep.
  7. Click Unassigned Groups.
  8. Select one or more groups.
  9. Click Assign.
