Blocking data processing for a specific user

HR administrators can block users from logging into HRSD applications and generating and processing data. When blocked, users cannot log in to the HRSD portal from the login menu or with single sign-on. Data that is associated with blocked users is not shown in reports and onboarding tours. Workflows are not processed, Case Management tickets are not processed, and data that is associated with the user is not exported. The customer is responsible to not send data imports that are associated with users that have been blocked.

  1. Select Admin > Admin Tools.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Select a user
  4. In the Block Processing setting, select Yes.
  5. Click Update.
