Time off Group Defaults

FT master data synchronization allows time off groups as one of the download type data for ERPs.

The form displays the following fields:

  • Absence code: The absence code is supplied by the default record (this must be the absence code for vacation).
  • Absence Tracking Method: The track method is used from the default method. This must be accrual always.
  • Annual Hours Allowed: This field is zero as not used for accrual method.
  • Validation Type: The default record can specify warning or error.
  • Hours Per Day: The total working hours of the day.
