Icons

This form maintains the icons within the database. This page needs the capability of importing an icon and storing to the icon table, as well as deleting icons, copying the icons as well.

The following fields are displayed:

  • ERP Type: This field is enabled if the ERP validated field is selected. This field indicates the base ERP of the form
  • Icon Id: the Id of the icon
  • Image: the image associated with the transaction selected form the list.
  • Icon Label: the text label of the icon.
  • Action Type: the icons can be linked to Transactions (profile), script or menu by the icon record.
  • System Record: The check box is selected based on the availability of the records. By default this check box is cleared.

The bottom section of the form displays this information:

  • Transaction: the transaction selected for the respective ERP selected previously.
  • Profile: the profile associated with the transaction selected.
  • Form: The form name is the same as that of the transaction selected.
  • Menu: the name of the menu selected.
  • Script: the script type selected for the form.
