Monitored Resources
Use this form to monitor any Windows service or resource, such as disk space. When the system is monitoring a resource, and a certain event occurs in relation to the resource (for example, low disk space), the system can send alerts to a mobile device, or email notifications. In order to receive these alerts or emails, the CloudSuite Industrial users must be subscribed (in the Publication Subscribers form) to the publication that sends the alert.
Alerts are sent to the subscribers' email or phone address, if it is specified on the Publication Subscribers form. If no email or phone address has been specified, alerts are sent to the user's CloudSuite Industrial inbox.
- Mobile users can also subscribe to publications through a CloudSuite Industrial form that is available on their mobile device.
- None of the events, including the monitoring process, are active if the Mongoose Event Service is stopped.
