Display Critical Numbers

This form acts as a sub-form and displays Critical Numbers KPIs on the user Start form. It provides the ability to display a Critical Number value in the form of a graph. There can be multiple instances of this form on a user's start form and each instance displays a unique Critical Number. Any critical number that the user has permission to display (as defined in the Critical Number functionality) can be displayed on their Start form.
