IDM Document Workflows
Use this form to view the predefined document workflows that are used in the Infor Document Management (IDM) integration. Ensure that the Active field is selected for all workflows that you plan to use to send documents from CloudSuite Industrial to IDM.
The workflows use background tasks to process documents that have been printed or reprinted. The workflows send those documents IDM, along with metadata about each document that can be used for searching and filtering.
Select Advanced if you want to use the advanced fields to extend the existing workflows or add new ones.
