Understanding the ERP Logical ID Lookup Option

Infor CRM Back Office Extension only. A Logical ID is a unique key generated in the ION connection point interface when configuring connection information between two Infor applications. The ERP Logical ID is the unique key reference for the Back Office. The ERP Logical ID filter option is visible on the Opportunity Product, Sales Order Product, and Quote Product lookups.

• Using the ERP Logical ID to filter records in a Lookup restricts results to the Back Office that owns that ID.
• Products that do not have an associated Logical ID are usually Product found only in the Infor CRM system. Products listed with a Logical ID are typically ERP- based products.
