Rejecting Literature Requests

Rejecting a literature request deletes the literature request record from the list and from all associated contacts and accounts.

  1. From the Tools menu, click Literature Request Management.
  2. Select one or more literature requests from the list.
    To select more than one record, hold down Control or Shift, and highlight the records.
  3. In the Task Pane under Literature Tasks, click Complete.
    In the Task Pane, under Literature Tasks, click Refresh, to refresh the list information.
