Ship To Tab
Infor CRM Back Office Extension only. The Ship To tab displays associated shipping address information. This information is for display only and must be added or edited in the integrated application. For specific questions please refer to the documentation for the integrated application or contact the administrator.
On this page you can:
- Open the Ship To tab: Select the Account or Bill To Detail view and click the Ship To tab. If the tab is not visible, click More Tabs.
- View shipping address details: Click the Ship To Detail view. link to go to the
- Add Ship To address (Infor CRM Back Office Extension only): Click ( ) and follow the steps for adding a ship to.
Note: You can only add a Ship To, to an account that has been
promoted.
