If email is enabled, but you have not logged on, at the message
field, click
Yes to log on.
Complete the
Subject field and message
body of the new email window.
(Optional) If the email message requires an attachment, click
Insert, and then select
one of the menu options.
Click
Send. The message is
not recorded in history.
If using Microsoft Outlook, click the
Send to CRM button. If you attached a file and want to save
the file as an attachment, click
Yes at the prompt.
The email message is recorded to history, and the file appears on the
Attachments tab.
Note: Graphic files smaller than the minimum size set by the
administrator are not be saved as separate attachments.
