On the
Alerts tab, you can
set the default values to determine the method to receive the alerts for alarms
and new unconfirmed activities.
To set the alert options:

From the
menu, select
.

Click the
Alerts tab.

Specify this information:
- Display in
toolbar
- If this check box is selected, the alerts are
displayed on the toolbar.
Note: You must select this
check box to enable:
- The
Prompt for Alerts
check box
- The
Alarms check box
- The
Unconfirmed
Activities check box
- Prompt for
Alerts
- If this check box is selected, the
Alerts window is displayed when you receive new
alerts.
- Include
- Based on the check box you select, the information is displayed in
the
Alerts window:
- Alarms: If this check box is selected, the
alarms are displayed in the
Alerts window.
- Unconfirmed Activities: If this check box is
selected, the unconfirmed activities are displayed in the
Alerts window.
Note: To display this information, the
Prompt for Alerts check
box must be selected. If you do not select any option, and you selected to
display or prompt for Alarms, then your Alerts will be empty and will not
prompt.
- Default
Snooze
- The default duration to postpone an activity
alarm. You can change the snooze time from the
Snooze list before
you snooze your alarms.

Click
(Save).
You must click
(
Save) on each tab or your option selections
will not be saved.
