Using the Quote Details Tab

The Details tab appears in the Quote Detail view. This tab contains specific information about the quote, such as the order location, who requested the quote, and the date on which the quote's status most recently changed.

To view the Details tab:

  1. From the Quote Detail view of the quote to be changed, select the Details tab. If the tab is not visible, select More Tabs.
  2. View or edit the following information.
    Account Manager
    Click (Find) to find the person or team within the organization that manages the account and this quote.
    Requested By
    Click (Find) to find the contact requesting the quote.
  3. Click (Save).
