Return Bill/Ship Address Tab (Back Office Extension)

Infor CRM Back Office Extension only. The Bill/Ship Address tab appears on the Return Detail View. Use this tab to view the billing and shipping addresses associated with a return. This information is for display only and must be added or edited in the integrated application. For specific questions see the documentation for the integrated application or contact the administrator.

To open the Bill/Ship Address tab: Select the Return Detail view and click the Bill/Ship Address tab. If the tab is not visible, click More Tabs.

On this page you can:

• View Bill To details: Click the Bill To link to open the Bill To Detail view.
• View Ship To details: Click the Ship To link to open the Ship To Detail view.
