    Scheduling the Activities to Occur Once

    You can specify to schedule an activity to occur once, daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.

    To schedule an activity to recur once:

    1. Schedule or edit an activity.
    2. Select the Recurring tab.
    3. In This activity occurs, select Once. This option is selected by default.
    4. Click OK
