Converting Leads
After a lead information is qualified, a lead can be converted to a contact and account. The Convert Lead window displays any contacts or account with matching information. Leads with matching information can be merged with an existing contact, added to an existing account, or the lead can be added as a new contact and account. You can change the filter criteria used to find matching records.
Note: Infor CRM can only search for
duplicate records only from those files for which you have access. A duplicate
record which you cannot access may still exist.
