Record(s) Not Found
The Record(s) Not Found view appears when you are recording an email message from Outlook to Infor CloudSuite CRM history, and the contact or lead email address is not in the Infor CloudSuite CRM database. The Record(s) Not Found view shows the subject, who the email is from, and to whom the email is being sent.
The email is not recorded to history in Infor CloudSuite CRM.
To prevent this window from displaying in the future, select the Do not prompt when Record(s) not found option:
