Attaching a file
To attach a file:
- Open the Attachments tab.
 -  
                              		  Click 
                                 			 
. 
                                 		   
                              		 - If the Attach File dialog box opens, click .
 - Navigate to the file you want to add, and then click .
 - In the Description field, specify a description for the attachment if the file name is not clear.
 - Click .
