Using the Workflow Definition Detail View
Use the Detail view to see, add, or edit information for a selected record. The Detail view consists of information boxes, tabs, and a user-defined middle section.
A workflow is used to automate the tasks and accelerate the various processed in an organization.

The ION Workflow integration provides an integration of Infor CloudSuite CRM based activity with the Infor OS collaboration tools. The CRM based trigger conditions and corresponding data content published to Infor OS are defined in the ION Workflow Definition form. The CRM based data content is published to Infor OS by menas of a Workflow BOD. The actual workflow process steps and notification logic are defined in the Infor OS based ION Desk Workflow editor.
