Overview of Back Office Extension (ICBOE)
Infor CRM Back Office Extension (ICBOE) allows you to share information between Infor CRM and a back office system using the ION integration.
Depending on your back office, you may be able to synchronize all or some of the following:

 - Invoices
 - Sales Orders and Quotes
 - Returns
 - Receivables
 - Shipments
 - Bill To information
 - Ship To information
