Using the Ticket Related Assets Tab

Use the Related Assets tab on the Ticket Detail view to see all assets associated with the selected ticket and to associate and disassociate other related assets to the ticket.

To sort the list of related assets, click a column heading to sort the list according to that column.

• To open the Ticket Related Assets tab:
  1. Open the Ticket detail view.
  2. Click the Related Assets tab. If the tab is not displayed, click More Tabs.
• To associate an asset:
  1. Click (Associate Asset).
  2. Locate and select an item using lookup.
  3. Click Add Selected.
• To disassociate an asset:
  1. Select the record to be removed and click (Remove).
  2. Click OK.
