Campaign Fields

The following table describes the default fields:

Field Description/Action
Campaign Name Name of the campaign. Click the field and type a campaign name.
Description A brief description of the campaign. Click the field and type a description.
Objective The objectives of the campaign (such as 'Increase sales in Midwest region'). Click the field and type the objective of the campaign.
Call to Action The promotion message used in the campaign (such as 'Act now to get 50% off'). Click the field and type the call to action.
Lead Source Campaign lead sources. Click (Find) and click Associate next to the item to associate.
Status The status of the campaign. Click the drop-down arrow and select from the list.
Code A unique identifier for the campaign (such as PM12345). You can assign any combination of letters and numbers that have not been used.
Start Date The start date for the campaign. Click (Calendar) to select the date, and then click OK.
End Date The end date for the campaign. Click (Calendar) to select the date and then click OK.
Manager Person or team within your organization who will manage the campaign. Click (Find) to find the person or team within your organization to manage the campaign.
Owner Person or team within your organization who has access to the campaign. Click (Find) to find the user or team within the organization that has access to the account.
