Using key query in the Define Alea Ad-hoc Report dialog

Key Query on column and row dimensions selects all elements from the column or row dimensions which, in combination with the elements selected from the slice-dimensions, return one or more non-zero values.

To use key query:

  1. Click New Alea Ad-hoc Report in the Office Plus group on the ribbon.
    The Define Alea Ad-hoc Report dialog is displayed.
  2. Click Key Query for the row or column dimension.
  3. Click OK.
