General tab

On the General tab, you specify which reports are to be printed or exported. The General tab has these fields:
Name
Specify a name for the task. You can specify a name in each supported language. Click Show all languages.
Description
Specify a description of the task.
Type
Select Print or Export from the Type list.
If you select Export, the output format list is enabled. Select one of these export formats:

  • HTML
  • PDF
  • XML
  • Excel: The report and its formulas are exported to Microsoft Excel.
  • Excel value: Only the values of the report are exported to Excel.
Enabled
To enable the task, select Enabled.
Content
To schedule a single report, select Single report and select the report. To schedule a reort book, select Report book and select the report book.
Click Settings to access the Report Book Editor.
Run as user
Specify the user name and password of the user under which the task is to run.
