General tab
On the
General tab, you specify which
reports are to be printed or exported. The
General tab has these fields:
- Name
- Specify a name for the task. You can specify a name in each supported language. Click .
- Description
- Specify a description of the task.
- Type
- Select or from the Type list.
Select one of these export formats:
- HTML
- XML
- Excel: The report and its formulas are exported to Microsoft Excel.
- Excel value: Only the values of the report are exported to Excel.
- Enabled
- To enable the task, select .
- Content
- To schedule a single report, select and select the report. To schedule a reort book, select Report book and select the report book.
- Run as user
- Specify the user name and password of the user under which the task is to run.
