Scheduled tasks

In Application Studio you can schedule delivery of single reports and report books. In Application Studio WebServices you can create and view, edit and delete scheduled tasks.

Select Settings > Manage Scheduled Tasks.

For each scheduled task, the Scheduled Tasks page displays:

Name
Enabled (True/False)
Description
Last Run date and time
Last Status (e.g. Success)
Next Run date and time
Owner
Run As User
Active (True/False)

Note: Scheduled tasks might not be available if you access Application Studio WebServices in Internet Explorer on a Windows Server machine.
