Server List Designer
To display the List Designer, select . To enable the List Designer for server lists, click a server list in the Database Structure or a report object that is linked to a server list (this does not apply to POVs).

Other list types (for example, client lists) have separate list designers.
In the List Designer, you can:
- Select the list elements in the Structure Selection and Filter panes.
- Sort the list elements in the Sorting pane.
- Select the attributes that are displayed in the report in the Attributes pane.
- Select further options for the list in the Advanced pane.
To open a pane, click its title. To disable a filter, a sort, or an attribute selection without deleting its definition, clear the check box. You can also enable and disable filters and sorts individually.

You can save the changes to lists manually, or automatically. To enable automatic saving, select . Click the General node and select .
If you do not enable automatic saving, click in the toolbar of the List Designer to save your changes.
