Defining the search criteria for AETC Requests

Use this page to specify the search criteria for the Authorized Excess Transportation Cost (AETC) requests. The information such as the AETC number, status, ship date and the request date, is displayed.

To specify the search criteria:

Select Shipments > View AETC Requests. The Request List page is displayed.
Specify this information:
Facility

The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.

Ship To

The location to which the parts are shipped.

AETC Status
The status of the AETC request. Possible values:
- Accepted
- Rejected
- Waiting Approval
Ship Date from

The date range for the search criteria. The AETC requests related to the shippers created in this period are displayed.

Request Date from

The date range for the search criteria. The AETC requests sent in this period are displayed.
Click Submit. The AETC requests are displayed in the AETC Shipping Requests section.
Click Edit corresponding to the Facility, to view the details of the AETC request. The Request Details page is displayed.
