Working with multiple customers
Supplier Exchange allows you to communicate with more than one customer and access all your customers' information using only one login ID and password. For this, the administrator must specify the same Login ID, Password, and DUNS when registering with each of your customer.
Switching customers
When you log in to the application, the information for the customer set as default, is displayed. To switch to other customer, select the customer from the list at the top of the Event Management Console (EMC) Overview page.
