- Show Standard Front Page
-
This sets the option to print a standard front page on the report.
- Show Parameters in SunSystems
-
This option determines whether or not the parameters are displayed at run time on the document format parameters form and whether the user can amend the parameters. Three options are available:
- Suppress Runtime Parameter Display in SunSystems - if this is set the document format parameters form does not appear at run time. This might be set if there are no user definable parameters.
- View only - set this to allow the user to view the parameters but prevent them being changed parameters.
- Amend - set this to allow the user to view and override the default report parameters set using this form.
Uwaga: This option must be set to Amend if the user is required to alter the default document print settings. For example, if the Default Print Type is set to Draft the user must be able to change this to Final. - Suppress Params in Report Manager
-
This option determines whether or not the parameters are displayed on the Report Parameters form at run time.
- Tax Reporting Type
-
If the document format is being used to produce a tax report, this identifies the SunSystems module from which the tax related transactions' details are to be extracted.
- Offset
-
This option can be set for tax reporting reports. If this is set, the offset transactions are extracted automatically for each tax related transaction that is selected. This means that when a tax related transaction is selected for reporting, all of the balancing transactions posted in the journal are also extracted.
