Processing Purchase Order BODs and Sales Order BODs

The BOD publication capabilities of SunSystems have been extended to include PurchaseOrder BODs and SalesOrder BODs. These BODs use value labels which must be mapped to BOD fields. This is done via Value Labels (VLB), and using the form VLABINTG Value Labels mapping to Integration.

  1. On this form, use the Query button in the Short Heading column to select the field to be mapped, for example, Unit Price.
  2. Click Amend.
  3. In the Sales Order Txn Curr Descr or Purch Order Txn Curr Descr column, use the Query button to display the Find Sales BOD Amount Type or Find Purchase BOD Amount Type form.
  4. Select the field to be mapped and click OK.
