Publication of GLMovement BODs

Integration with some products, such as Infor BI, require a Financial Calendar ID. If GLMovement BODs are published for a business unit associated with such an integration, then Calendar ID must be populated for those BODs.

In order to associate a Calendar ID with a business unit, the associations must be listed in a file. Create the file using a text editor such as Windows Notepad or Wordpad, and list the associations using the following format:

<business_unit_1>=<calendar_id_1>
 ...
<business_unit_n>=<calendar_id_n>

For example:

BU1=CalendarId1
BU2=CalendarId2

Save and close the file.

Uwaga: You may list multiple Calendar IDs, but only one ID may be assigned per business unit. If GLMovement BODs are published for a business unit not listed in the file, then Calendar ID will not be populated for those BODs.

In Configuration Manager (CGM), specify the location of the file you have just saved in the File Location property.
