Authorizing a Set of Transactions

The Authorization Accept dialog is displayed when a valid authorizer chooses the Authorize or Authorize All, actions on the Authorization In Tray (AUT). This is required to authorize the selected transactions.

  1. Specify this information:
    Number of Extracted Records
    This displays the number of transactions selected for authorization.
    Password
    The authorizer must enter a valid password to authorize the transactions.
    Note: If the authorizer specifies an invalid password three times, the authorizer's password is revoked and the authorizer will not be able to authorize further transactions. The authorization password can be reset by an administrator in Security Console or User Manager.
    Comment
    Any additional notes or comments the authorizer wants to enter for the authorization set.
