Understanding the Authorization In Tray

The Authorization In Tray can be accessed by selecting Authorizations (AUT) from SunSystems. It lists all of the sets of transactions that require authorization by a member of the user team identified on the Authorization In Tray. See 'Understanding the Authorization Process' for more information.

The following steps describe how to use the Authorization In Tray:

  1. The Selection - AUTHORIZATION INTRAY form is displayed. Enter the User Team Code for the Assigned Authorizer.
  2. Enter the operator Id of the user whose authorization sets you want to review.
  3. Click OK.
    The Authorization Headers form is displayed, with a grid listing the authorization sets currently assigned to the relevant authorizer.
