Managing Users

By default, six user roles are defined for every user such as administrator, modeler, scheduler, production and publish. Select the user from the User name section to view the assigned roles.
Note:  The Users option is displayed based on the roles assigned to the user.

Creating a user

To create a new user:

  1. Select File > Users. The Users window is displayed.
  2. Click Plus (+).
  3. Specify the username of the new user.
  4. Select the required check boxes to assign the roles to the user.
  5. Click Close.

To delete a user, select the user and click minus(-).
