Defining Preferences - Shortcuts Tab

  1. Open the Preferences dialog box by selecting File > Preferences.
  2. In the Preferences dialog box, click the Shortcuts tab.
  3. Click the down arrow button in the Shortcut column to open the shortcut pop-up menu. You can change, assign, or remove individual keyboard shortcuts.
    Note:  Some of the following shortcuts are fixed and cannot be changed. They include File > Exit and some of the Edit menu shortcuts.
  4. If you want to use all of the default shortcuts, click the Default button to reset them to the defaults.
    Note:  This action cannot be undone.
  5. Click OK to save your preferences and close the dialog box. Alternatively, continue populating tabs in this dialog box.
