Defining Global Preferences - Regional Settings Tab

Open the Global Preferences dialog box by selecting File > Global Preferences.
Click the Regional settings tab.
Select how you want your week defined by selecting the week numbering method and the first day of the week.
Select a display format for durations.
Select a display format for decimals.
Set standard volume and standard weight units by selecting them from the corresponding list boxes.

Note: You can edit the text in these list boxes. This is designed for those who prefer "liters" to "litres" and "gallons" to "gals."
Click OK to save your preferences and close the dialog box. Alternatively, continue populating tabs in this dialog box.
