Creating a View - Publish Tab

Select Factory > Views.
The Views overview window opens.
Click New.
Enter a unique code for the new view.
Click the OK button.
The View overview window opens.
Click the Publish tab on the entry window.
Select the publish view check box. Only schedules whose publish view check box is selected will be available in Web Viewer.
Enter the time period to be displayed when the schedule is published in Web Viewer.
1. Enter a starting time by entering a number of days, weeks, or months, and the reference point in the start fields. You can enter a positive or negative integer.
2. In the for a period of fields, enter a duration by entering a number to indicate the number of days, weeks, or months. Then, in the adjoining field, select days, weeks or months for the time interval.
  You can enter an integer greater than zero.
Note: When the specified start date or period is in conflict with the start and/or end of horizon, the start date and/or period of time for the picture to be published is corrected so that it will not exceed the boundaries of the horizon.
Select a value from the picture width drop-down list box.
The value you select is the width in pixels of the picture that will appear in Web Viewer. Standard values appear in the list. If you select other, you can enter an integer between 100 and 4000.

To publish views in PDF format, select the publish PDF option.

Note: PDFCreator must be installed. You can download this program from this URL: Sourceforge.net.

Click OK to save the view and close the window. Alternatively, continue populating tabs on this window.
